ColRegs – does size matter!

Imagine dissecting ColRegs in light of this one – the 1000,000 tonne aircraft carrier Harry S Truman was involved in a collision with the 53,000-tonne merchant ship Besiktas-M, a Panamanian-flagged cargo vessel. The incident near the Egyptian Port-Said is under full investigation, but thankfully there are no initial reports of injuries. The epitome of irresistible force, immovable object!!
