MLC Revisions – immediate action needed

A reminder that amendments to the Maritime Labour Convention will be entering into force on the 23rd December 2024. The most notable of these is Standard A3.1 to provide for ‘social connectivity’ and in Guideline B3.1.11 to provide ‘internet access’ ‘as far as is reasonably practicable’.
