The 136-metre Flying Fox has now been removed from the US sanctions list, according to a list published by the Office of Foreign Assets Control, a branch of the U.S Department of the Treasury. According to the office, the yacht had been flagged on the basis of its link to Imperial Yachts SARL, a Monaco-based yacht brokerage firm.
Now under the management of BlueWater Yachting in Dubai, the final restrictions have been lifted which will permit her to be chartered globally!
Its been a rough couple of years for this iconic superyacht but it will be good to see the twin heli-pads in full operation again soon!
