Sanlorenzo to acquire Nautor Swan Group

Interesting marine business news as SanLorenzo is set to acquire the Nautor Swan Group.

Sanlorenzo CEO Massimo Perotti says “……The merger of Sanlorenzo and Nautor Swan, each with its exclusive, limited offerings aimed at a discerning clientele and with no overlap in product portfolios, will establish a unique yachting hub unlike any other, featuring the best of both motor and sailing yachts.”

This in undoubtedly partly fueled by Sanlorenzo’s sustainability commitment and Nautor’s considerable previous progress down this road.
