The residents of Dartmouth, England are starting to be increasingly frustrated with this floating “eyesore”.  With local residents describing it as a “gin palace”, the 98M Abeking and Rasmussen built “Aviva” has been moored there since early August.

The yacht is owned by billionaire Joe Lewis – ex owner of Tottenham and former currency trader. It  was used as surety over a fine Mr Lewis had to pay following his trial and conviction for  insider trading earlier this year.
